WINE SHIPMENTS
Shafer can legally ship wine to the following states:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT,  DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI.

SHIPPING
We ship wines 2nd Day Air (FedEx/UPS) to ensure that your wine avoids extremes of heat and cold in transit. Orders placed June through October will be shipped as weather permits. Please contact us if you need to make other arrangements. We offer $1.00 Shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more.

ORDER TRACKING
On the day your wine ships, you will receive an automatic email containing tracking information and instructions. If you have difficulty tracking your order after receiving this email, please contact Shafer Vineyards and we will be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process. Shafer Vineyards does not make any money from shipping fees. All costs charged to customers are the actual costs.

MULTIPLE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If no one is available to receive the package and it cannot be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

BENEFITS OF USING A COMMERCIAL DELIVERY ADDRESS
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.
